Hadley Learning Community Secondary
Welcome to Hadley Learning Community Academy – Secondary Phase : a community-based academy, part of the Learning Community Trust.
Hadley Learning Community is a vibrant and ambitious secondary school situated in the heart of the Hadley community in Telford. At Hadley Learning Community, we are deeply committed to our community, which has shaped both our vision and the ethos of our school. Our core values of ‘Belong, Respect, Inspire, Succeed, and Enjoy’ form the foundation of the learning experience for all of our students. Central to our ethos is the belief that “Our Community, Our School” defines the spirit and success of HLC.
HLC delivers an inspirational and high quality education for 11-16 year olds, with a student capacity of 1200 and a published admissions number (PAN) of 240 students per year group. In addition to the school’s academic facilities, we are fortunate to have extensive community resources through “The Circle,” which includes a swimming pool, fitness suite, and other sports amenities. Our public library, coffee shop, theatre, and dance studio are also open to the local community during evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
HLC opened in September 2006 and become a proud member of the Learning Community in 2018
